This is a judgement-free space that is open to EVERYONE.
Our team members feel that this space is an extension of our home and want to extend every effort to make you feel welcome.
Your time in our chair is YOURS so bring a book, your laptop or feel free to chat. We will make every effort to maintain your comfort with hospitality.

- We have FREE PARKING which can be accessed through the alley between 103 and 104 Street on 100 Ave.
- Charging station for Samsung and Apple products.
- Nespresso coffee, artisan teas, an ever-changing variety of beverages and wine!

- Current magazines, when COVID restrictions are lifted as well as WIFI access.

Virtual or in-person consultation.
A consultation allows us to determine your hair colour history as well as discuss expectations and goals. We can do this in person or virtually. We like to see some inspirational hair photos as well as talk about your daily routine, your priorities and your budget. Together, we will formulate a plan and create a maintenance schedule.
Once we have a clear understanding of your hair goals, including your worst hair nightmare and current hair challenges we will proceed with booking your hair service. We require a deposit for appointments over 2 hours and we acknowledge that new COVID protocols can lead to cancellations. Rest assured, your deposit will NOT be forfeited. You will receive a confirmation email prior to your appointment. If you need to make changes please feel free to do so within 24 hours of your appointment.
Please try to arrive a bit early for your first appointment so you can acquaint yourself with our environment.
Upon Arrival:
We have hand sanitizer and disposable masks at the front door for your use.
We respect your time and will be waiting for you at the front door with a friendly smile. You will have our undivided attention during your visit and we will stay on schedule.
You can relax in our space knowing that stations and tools are disinfected between each client, as are the common areas.
